EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
INITIATING AN EXCHANGE:
TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE, PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WITH YOUR ORDER ID, ITEM AND SIZE PURCHASED, EXCHANGE REQUESTED AND PRODUCT IMAGES (FRONT AND BACK) AT EXCHANGE@SORTA.CLUB WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM. WE WILL WRITE BACK TO YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS. PLEASE NOTE THAT EXCHANGES WILL BE PROCESSED ONLY FOR THE SAME AMOUNT AS THE ORIGINAL ORDER VALUE OR A HIGHER AMOUNT.
QUALITY CHECK:
ALL EXCHANGES WILL UNDERGO A QUALITY CHECK BY OUR TEAM. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE AN EXCHANGE IF:
- THE PRODUCT/S ARE RETURNED AFTER USE.
- THE PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED.
- THE PRODUCT TAGS ARE NOT INTACT. ANY RETURNS WITHOUT THE TAGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE DELIVERED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER.
SHIPPING THE EXCHANGE:
IF THE EXCHANGE IS CONFIRMED, THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING THE PRODUCT BACK TO SORTA CLUB. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TRACKING ID TO EXCHANGE@SORTA.CLUB IN THE SAME EMAIL THREAD.
PROCESSING TIME:
ONCE WE RECEIVE THE RETURNED ITEM, WE WILL PROCESS THE EXCHANGE WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS.
