  • We only offer exchange of product in case of defected product, damaged product or any other errors from our end.
  • You can get the size changed by paying a nominal reverse shipping courier fair of INR 111. We will bear the cost of sending you the exchanged product.
  • Return, exchange and refund is not applicable for discounted or sale items.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at sorta.originals@gmail.com or drop us a WhatsApp text in 9073700555 within 5 days of receiving the item. 

    • Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.

    • We reserve the right to not accept a return if; 

      1. the product/s are returned after us
      2. the products are damaged
    • The exchange once confirmed has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking ID sent to us on sorta.originals@gmail.com or 9073700555 on the same email thread.
      • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.

    • Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.

    • Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit. The store credit is valid till 1 month from the date of issue. 

    cancellation & refund.

    • Cancellation and refund is not possible against any orders. 

    • In case of return on an order, the amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of store credit.
