WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders
  • Products are processed and shipped within 72 hours and the tracking details will be provided within 24 hours from the time of order placement.
  • Delivery of the product is done within 3 to 7 business days.
  • You can track your order by entering your order details on the website under 'Track Order'.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We accept the following payment methods through Razorpay:

  • UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Freecharge, etc), RuPay, Credit Card/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, etc).
  • We feature a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

Returns/ Exchanges

Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

FULL REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES WILL ONLY BE APPLICABLE IF THE ITEM RECEIVED IS DEFECTED OR MISPRINTED.


In case of cancellation for standard shipping orders, only a partial refund will be initiated if the order has already been processed and passed Quality Check.

In case of misprints and defects, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with a picture of the defected product. Kindly provide the required details at executive@sorta.club.

We do not offer a reverse pick up facility for exchanges, we request you to self-ship the product to us and also incur the courier charges.

  • Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
